What is the warranty period for Atari hardware?

All new Atari hardware, including the VCS and 2600+ consoles, comes with a standard one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

Can I return a game or console if I change my mind?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Due to the nature of digital software, digital game codes are non-refundable once they have been delivered or redeemed.

Are the new Atari consoles compatible with original 2600 and 7800 cartridges?

The Atari 2600+ is designed to be backwards compatible with the vast majority of original Atari 2600 and 7800 cartridges. Please refer to our official compatibility list for specific title support.
